Zomato’s share prices hit an all-time
low of Rs. 57.65 🚩
In continuation to the downside trade pattern of Zomato, its share prices dropped to an all-time low of Rs. 57.65 on NSE.
Zomato’s IPO was one of the most celebrated ones with its price being Rs. 115 on its IPO day. Zomato started hitting lows in the stock market on a regular basis and it finally reached an all-time low, losing 65% in the last 4-5 months.
It is believed that Zomato is facing a severe cash flow problem as its operational cost is running quite high and the company is unable to bring it down below its cash inflow. Some also believe that Zomato’s biggest problem is that it still thinks and acts like a startup despite being a listed company.

ESOPs
We often hear startups offering lofty ESOPs to their employees to lure them in. But what exactly are ESOPs and how do they work?
Let’s find out…
ESOP or employee stock ownership plans are a type of employee benefit which allows employees to acquire stocks or ownership in the company.
Creating an ESOP pool of anywhere between 10-20% prior to receiving funding from investors is a common practice. Investors encourage founders to create ESOP pools to attract and retain talent.
We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It’s our job everyday to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.
