Minimum Viable Product
The world is complex, isn't it 🤔?....the ideas that seem efficient on paper may or may not be as efficient in real life. To deal with such inconsistencies, entrepreneurs resort to releasing an MVP.
A Minimum Viable Product or an MVP is a version of your product with enough features to be usable by early customers 🙎♂️🙎♂️, who then provide their feedback which is used for further development of their product.
Releasing an MVP is preferable as it helps in iteratively ➿improving the product in accordance with the consumer demand. It also helps the entrepreneurs in validating their business idea.

The Road Less Stupid…
“It is not supposed to be easy. Anyone who finds it easy is stupid.”
—Charlie Munger, Vice Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway
Here in this book, The Road Less Stupid: Advice from the Chairman of the Board, the author argues that in order to be successful in Business and Life, one need not do more smart things. Instead, do fewer stupid things.
The Road Less Stupid – the road of more critical thinking and fewer mistakes will enable anyone, to run their business more effectively. It all hinges on Thinking Time.
The vast majority of dumb tax in both our lives is a direct result of three things:
1. Generalizations (which kill clarity),
2. Obsessing about Oz (instead of the yellow brick road) and
3. Faulty assumptions (ignoring risk).
Here it is on a bumper sticker: Operators react and sweat. Owners think and plan.
Let’s give it a read!!
